Easy DIY Luminaries

Looking for some do it yourself luminaries? These easy to make decorations are perfect for weddings or holidays.

 

Needed:

1 Pack of thick colored tissue paper or multi-patterned tissue paper.
3 Tall votive candle holders
3 Electronic candles. Battery operated candles can be found in your local dollar store or Bed, Bath and Beyond
 Scotch Tape
Scissors

If you've been reading my blog for awhile you know I have projects known as EEEBCDI (Easy Enough Even Bill Could Do It projects).  Bill is my non-crafty husband and he can manage to make these, no problem.
